Millwood Team Member Benefits

Medical Insurance through Medical Mutual of Ohio

  • Full time salary Team Members are eligible the first of the month following their date of hire.
  • Millwood offers three different levels of benefits to our salary Team Members.
  • Full time hourly Team Members are eligible the first of the month following 90-days of employment.
  • Millwood offers one level of benefits to our hourly Team Members for their first year of eligibility.

 

Life Insurance through UNUM

  • All full time salary and hourly Team Members are eligible the first of the month following 90-days of employment.
  • Salary Team Members are eligible for $30,000.00 life coverage and $30,000.00 accidental death and dismemberment coverage.
  • Hourly Team Members are eligible for $15,000.00 life coverage and $15,000.00 accidental death and dismemberment coverage.

 

401k Retirement Plan through Paychex and Merrill Lynch

Team Members who are, at least, 21 years of age, have completed one year of service and have worked a minimum of 1000 hours are eligible. *Team Members may contribute up to $15,000.00 of their pre-tax income. Millwood will match an amount equal to 25% of contributing participant’s elective deferrals which does not exceed 6% of the contributing participant’s compensation. Cliff vesting schedule of 100% after 3 years of service.

*$15,000.00 maximum for participants under age 50. There is an additional $5,000.00 “catch up” provision for participants age 50 and over.
 

 

Vacation

All full time salary and hourly Team Members will be awarded vacation time according to the date of hire. New salary and hourly Team Members will be awarded paid vacation time on January 1, following their starting date of employment. Beginning January 1, each year thereafter, all full time salary and hourly Team Members will be awarded paid vacation time for completed years of service.

 

 

Shirt Program

Salary Team Members are provided collared shirts with the Millwood logo.
Hourly Team Members are provided long or short sleeved t-shirts with the Millwood logo.

Millwood produces a fun and informative quarterly newsletter.

 

 

Kid's Newsletter

Millwood produces a fun and educational quarterly newsletter just for Millwood kids.

 

 

Kid's Camp Each summer Millwood sponsors camps for kids ages 7-17, where kids can go for fun and fellowship.
 

Missions Trip

Millwood sponsors mission's trips which give Team Members the opportunity to lend a helping hand where it is needed.
 

 

Annual Company Picnic Millwood hosts and annual picnic for each of our facilities to which all Team Members and their families are invited.
