Who is Millwood Inc.?
Answer: Millwood Inc., Inc. is a privately
held corporation with its corporate office located in
Youngstown, Ohio. We are a national supplier of lumber,
pallets and related wood packaging materials. We have
been serving businesses for over 36 years and have established
a network of partnerships with over 200 pallet and lumber
manufacturing facilities across the country. This includes
locations for both new and recycled/re-manufactured pallets.
Millwood is (and has been) an active member of the National
Wooden Pallet and Container Association (NWPCA) for
over 30 years. We offer the following programs/services:

A. Complete Pallet
Design System (PDS) for pallet application review,
design and evaluation. |

B. Quality assurance
procedures that require all pallets be manufactured
to the NWPCA "Uniform Standard for Wood Pallets". |

C. Heat treated,
fumigated or chemically treated pallets that comply
with the current European Union Emergency Requirements
as set forth by the American Lumber Standard Committee
(ALSC) for solid wood packaging exported to Europe
and other countries. |

D. National
Logistics Management Programs, including JIT "type"
programs. |
| |
E. Full recycling
programs to retrieve, recover, re-manufacture and/or
return pallets. We can provide "to specification"
reconditioned pallets. |

costs for most applications. This process will provide
quality pallets and/or lumber products at competitive
prices, backed up with a professional Customer Service
Department.

Answer: Millwood sells to customers around the world
, with a wide network of supply partners supported by
our skilled regional representatives. For a regional look

Question: What is involved with your customer service
and support?
Answer: Each geographical region has a dedicated
Customer Service Representative to coordinate orders and
expedite delivery of product. They offer services such
as PDS (Pallet Design System), logistics management and
order status information. Customer Service is currently
centralized at our Corporate Office with management/ownership
onsite. Daily operational issues are addressed through
our Field Regional Sales Managers with support from Customer
Service group. Personal visits by Regional Sales Managers
and upper management/ownership provide visibility within
the organization for local customer service issues before
they negatively impact the business relationship. Problems
will be resolved immediately to avoid negative impact.
Liberty Technologies employs electrical and mechanical
engineers, service technicians and packaging specialists
that are capable of training personnel in the use of palletizers,
conveyors, stretch and shrink equipment and films as well
as designing, installing and servicing complete turnkey
systems
