Question: Can Liberty

supplies electrical components and mechanical parts for
all makes and models, regardless of age and years in service.
Question: Do we service old Liberty machines?
Answer: Yes. Our qualified Liberty service technicians
and customer service staff can provide hands on
service and/or provide technical expertise to assist your
in-house maintenance personnel to fix, repair and correct
any problems your system may be experiencing.
Question: Can we provide parts/components for non-Liberty
systems?
Answer: Yes. We can provide electrical components
and mechanical parts for all brands, makes and models
as well as providing service and technical expertise.
Question: Can we retrofit old Liberty machines?
Answer: Yes. Film feed delivery systems, tower
extensions, turntable replacement, PLC upgrades and any
type of customer upgrades are available.
Question: How many loads per day would justify buying
a stretch wrap machine?
Answer: The cost of a stretch wrap machine is easily
justified, even with 10-15 loads per day. Hand-wrapping
is a time-consuming and physically demanding operation.
Stretch wrapping makes it easier and safer, while reducing
product damage and labor. Companies that are wrapping
manually with film will see significant savings in film
usage, as well. For companies that are processing 80 or
more loads per day, a stretch wrap machine makes excellent
business sense. Production rates go up, labor costs go
down, wrapping is more consistent and there is more quality
control over the wrapping process to ensure damage-free
distribution.
Question: What about loads that need ventilation?
Answer: Liberty designs represent and manufactures
a wide range of options for each of our stretch wrap systems.
There are several options that take into consideration
loads that need to be ventilated, including netting, roping
the film instead of wrapping it and flexibility in the
wrapping pattern to allow air in and out.
Question: Does load weight make a difference?
Answer: Yes, and chances are theres a solution
to meet your load weight challenge. General speaking,
though, rotary arm models are best suited for very heavy
or very light loads.
Question: What is the difference between a turntable
stretch wrap machine and a rotary arm machine?
Answer: The main difference is that with the turntable
models, the load is placed on a turntable and rotated
while being wrapped. With a rotary arm model, the load
is stationary and the rotary arm does the wrapping. Load
weight can influence machine selection, as can desired
speed, specific application, environment and other factors.
Some loads are too unstable to be rotated in which
case a rotary arm model would be suitable. Turntable models
are generally less expensive and take up less room.
Question: I have a small budget now but will probably
want to invest in a larger system later. Do you have a
solution that facilitates upgrading?
Answer: Liberty provides a specialty system called
the WRT-125 and WCRT-125 that features a modular concept
for anticipated growth. In other words, the equipment
grows with your business. You can start now
with the semi-automatic machine and then easily transform
it into a fully automatic system in the future. For more
information, see WRT-125 and WCRT-125.
Question: Do you carry replacement parts?
Answer: Liberty offers a full line of replacement
parts covering most of the stretch and shrink wrap machinery
sold in the marketplace. The parts are available on request
through our Customer Service Department. We strongly recommend
that our customers obtain replacement parts from us, as
we benefit from volume discounts and the expertise that
you might require to obtain just the right part. On the
other hand, as an added convenience for you, you can also
obtain replacement parts from an alternate source, as
many parts are non-proprietary.
Question: Do you have machines in stock that are ready
to be delivered?
Answer: Yes. Liberty warehouses machines at its
Youngstown, Ohio location, and many of our supply partners
carry stock ready for delivery in various strategic locations
throughout the world.

an added service, customer pick-up can be arranged if
