Molded Plastic is typically a captive/slave pallet intended for use within the confines of a single facility, not intended to be 'exchanged'. It is versatile, custom designed, 100% recyclable, easily stored and assembled, and maintained in a climate range or -30 degrees F to +150 degrees F.
 
 

PALLET DESIGN TYPE

Molded Plastic is offered as two different Pallet Design Types: Stringer and Block.
The Stringer is standard pallet design while the Block is designed for more accessibility for moving the pallet.

PALLET STYLES

Molded Plastic is offered in four different Pallet Styles: Double Face Reversible, Double Face Non-Reversible, Single Face and Nestable. Nestable pallets are Shaped or designed to efficiently stack pallets inside one another, saves on storage space and shipping costs and is safer for product.

ENTRY TYPES

Molded Plastic pallets are offered in two different Entry Types: 2-Way or 4-Way
2-Way - A pallet without notches in the stringers. Its unnotched solid stringers allow entry from only the two opposite pallet ends.
4-Way - A pallet with notched solid stringers to allow entry from both ends and both sides. Forklift access is through the notched stringers.

PALLET DECK STYLE

Molded Plastic pallets are offered in three different Pallet Deck Styles: Flush, Double Wing, Single Wing.

• Molded Plastic Pallet Lengths and Widths can be sized to your needs.
• Dimensions are all customer based.
• The standard Molded Plastic pallet size is 48 x 40.
