DESCRIPTION
With a continuously adjustable pressing force
of up to 8 tons, automatic feeding height recognition
and numerous conveyor, centering and rotation
variations, it is simple to integrate in any conveyor
line. Especially interesting for the paper, corrugated
cardboard and printing industries:
The electrically driven press ram of the power
master permanently measures the pressure. This
allows also intermittent post-compression. The
power master processes PP as well as PET straps
and thanks to the concept of its strapping head,
guarantees a secure and emission-free vibration-welded
seal. The controlled strap guidance in the strapping
head and in the complete strap guidance system
permits a high strap insertion pressure and therefore
reliable operation. The strapping heads can be
tilted into an ergonomically convenient service
position for preventive maintenance, the same
as the unit's covers which provide protection
against dust and noise.
Strain relief via rope block system and strap
storage system. The special technology of the
Sander band feeder guarantees also for fast locking
strapping units that the returned strap is quickly
and precisely retracted in the strap storage system
